When you contact us or start a project, we may receive your name, business name, email address, phone number, role, service preferences, budget or timeline, project brief, messages and any files you choose to send. During production, this can include scripts, brand assets, recordings, feedback, billing details and correspondence. Our website and hosting or form providers may also process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address and browser data. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and we have agreed how to handle it.

We use information to respond to enquiries, understand your brief, prepare estimates and proposals, communicate with your team, plan and deliver agreed work, manage revisions and payments, keep appropriate business records, and protect our services from misuse. We do not use your confidential project materials in our portfolio or promotional work without a separate agreement or permission. We do not sell your personal information.
